Director of Clinical Reimbursement

Christine Milner, RNAC

Director of Clinical Reimbursement

Christine graduated from Citizens General Hospital School of Nursing in 1993. She has been in geriatric nursing care for her entire career of 24 years. Christine has worn many hats including charge nurse, supervisor, DON, and ADON. She began working in Clinical Reimbursement 20 years ago. Christine shared, “being a nurse is a passion, not only a career. I love to further my knowledge in federal regulations, including Medicare, managed care, and Case Mix Index. I love the challenges that being an RNAC gives me. My biggest reward in this position is being able to oversee that our residents receive the highest quality of care possible at all times. My #1 goal and mission in my career is to always be a true resident advocate. I will always listen to their voice and be the voice for those who are unable to be their own. My hobbies include spending time with my three daughters: Alexis, Ragan, and Reese, and working out in the gym every day.” “You are not obligated to win. You’re obligated to keep trying to do the best you can every day.”— Marian Wright Edelman
